kuato why you ban me?

2013.01.13 about 12.18 i was banned. in message was something about hack and radar. It was a while and i could't red all. can you tell me why you banned me? i dont hack never, no glitching and try play fair. and donr understand your decision.

Well personally Ive been watching you for a while and had a few compaints about you and your other name rico. Ive got some video evidence of your hacks that the owners of the servers will look at. If I made a mistake they will allow you back on the servers.

i play offen in yours servers. i dont know what video you have. but sometimes everybody have a luck, sometimes i can heard players when they are close ( i have nice audio) but if you play very long time always somebody can make short video and you like z hacker on it. i have played in cod since 2005. never used any hack. i'm not super player but quite god. i will be happy if you unban me. if not i wish you a lot of nice moments in cod.
ps. maybe can you install any program which blocked players with hack?

Luck and a good sound system doesnt explain how you can shoot people out of sight through smoke or trees or pop up from behind a hill and kill someone who was lay out of your sight. Like I said its up to G and D if you are allowed back on.

Yep your banned from the server. And I also did a little research on you and it seems you have been banned from other servers for the same thing rico / gwynbled / whitewolf and a few other names you used.

I was banned from 4 serv, including Yours. Two times i was unban after a small discussion. Never apologize for hacks, because i never hack. I dont have to.
All admins can watch yideo you have but you can't be 100% sure i hack. Because i don't. If you want be sure install PunkBuster. It dont let in any cheaters on your serv. Why you dont do that? Probably you dont want to. Why? I dont know. Maybe you like be a Judge. Of course it's your serv you can do it here. But if you want be fair you must make it Very Cautiously. A lot of people can say "he hack", most often week players who can't win. But they cry dont make it true. I was a lot of times offended by players like Vision|Prosniper, child with big frustration during a game. I never answer for this. Dont see any sense of it. You Kuato are not child, like others admins. We are almost the same age. But neither I neither You always right. I respect your decision its your serv. Respect but dont agree with it. I have right for it.
And on the ending my short post I wish you feel sometime the same when somebody ban you not for hacks - for be too god. It's nearly compliment.

Now you know punkbuster doesnt catch all hacks and I think the system that G and D has put into place works. We record videos of players before the ban and then all the admins have a watch if a mistake is made the ban is removed. Its not my server its Geordies server that you were banned from.

Yes prosniper can be quite offensive sometimes but he is on his last warning for that and if we see that sort of behaviour again he will be banned.

ronin you were banned off the server before by Geordie for the same thing.

I think this topic has run its course - and you will stay banned.

We have to base our judgments on the evidence provided - there will be one or two injustices in those but we cannot second guess ourselves otherwise no ban would stick.

Not everyone in gaol did the crime but I do think we get 99,9 % of our bans correct - i have asked players who have contested their bans to admit they did use a hack - not to get reinstated - just to let us know that they wouldnt use it on another server and that we are doing a good job - and a few have said yes admins you did get it right and i apologise.

So its time to close this subject and enjoy your gaming elsewhere rico.
